Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 egg whites
- ⅓ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Topping:
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- ½ tsp cacao powder
Method
- Whip egg whites until frothy
- Slowly add in almond flour, salt, and cinnamon
- Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds
- For the topping, combine peanut butter and cacao powder and microwave for 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds
