Grain- Free Protein Bread

BREAKFAST

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Topping:

  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • ½ tsp cacao powder

Method

  1. Whip egg whites until frothy
  2. Slowly add in almond flour, salt, and cinnamon
  3. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds
  4. For the topping, combine peanut butter and cacao powder and microwave for 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds
  5. Enjoy as a protein packed snack or a great way to start your day!
